Address proof of the employee
Copy of recently paid property tax or electricity bill receipt
Certificate of registration provided under the Factories Act of 1948 or the Shop and Establishment Act of 1947
Memorandum and Articles of Association (MoA and AoA) for companies Partnership deed in the case of partnership firms or LLPs
Trust registration
Recent bank statements for the last two months
GST registration certificate (Optional)
A list of employees with details of their monthly compensation.
