As I wrap up my six-month internship as a Social Media Intern, I feel truly grateful for the journey I’ve had at Gauna’s Consultants. I was welcomed into an environment that encourages ideas, values growth, and truly believes in developing people, not just as professionals, but as individuals.One of the things I appreciated most was the openness of the team. I was never boxed into just one role.I got to be involved in different aspects of social media, try new things, welcome challenges, and learn by doing, which made the experience all the more meaningful.A big thank you to Kanchan Ma’am, who guided me throughout with so much patience and support. Her trust in me and the way she leads with clarity and calmness is something I’ll always admire.
And what really stood out for me was the culture. Everyone here shares a mindset of growth. Growing for the company, and growing for themselves. That energy is rare, and I’m glad I got to be a part of it.
This internship wasn’t just a line on my resume, it was an experience that shaped me. I’ll always look back at this time with a lot of gratitude and warmth.
